Delivery
Same day delivery for items purchased before 12PM within Nairobi CBD.
We offer free delivery within CBD for items worth more than Ksh7,000
Delivery outside of Nairobi we use external services which are G4S and Wells Fargo at a standard fee of Ksh500 for next day delivery.
Click and Collect
Mocas UK fashion also offers a free Click and Collect service. Items can be purchased online and collected at our physical store at the Westfield Mall on Gitanga Road 1st Floor Shop No B45.
Returns and Refunds
Returns should be made within 7 working days from delivery date at our physical store Westfield mall on Gitanga Road 1st Floor Shop No B45.
If your return is due to change of mind, then just make sure you present in store with proof of purchase (within 7 days from delivery) and that the item is in original selling conditions.
We only accept returns of items returned in original selling conditions. Refunds will be processed with a minimal delivery cost if free delivery was qualified.
We are also happy to exchange items or offer credit for items returned to the store. Credit offered is valid for a period of three months.
